Tl;Dr- therapist was nice, but I felt unheard, my time was not respected, and I wasnt given nearly as much help with the "how" as I'd expect from therapy. I have been hesitant to rate my experience here because I don't want to keep others from seeking help. First off, I had a very good experience at the crisis center, so this rating is not about them. Honestly, I think I'm going to have more luck just venting to friends for free and doing mental health research on my own. I was given the "what" but not the "how."
They caused so much trauma, they are my abusers. So glad I won in court on my own and get my rights back after 23 months. They took me to court behind my back, I wasn't even told there was a hearing. Been homeless for 19 months but yet no one at four corners has resources for housing.
