After being here for two years and wrongly thinking they were helping me and they cared, they don't, they lied to SSD and I was denied for the second time, they don't respond to emails, takes way too long for each appointment, missed one appointment that wasn't my fault but modivcare paperwork needed to be updated which was never done either. I have not been scheduled for any more appointments and they don't believe what you tell them and don't report any abuse so they need to remove that sign from their walls. I also don't ... read more
I have been going to Four Corners for about a year and they've really helped me a lot. My counselor is great and so is the nurse I see for my mental health, they've gone above and beyond to help me with problems that no one else would have done so. I think if you've had bad experiences maybe you could have tried to see another therapist. Those that I have dealt with have always been, helpful, kind, compassionate, and very understanding. So thank you so very much for all you do for me.

This place is a disaster, not only are they rude, but very unhelpful. I've been in here multiple times to take a class I desperately need for my license, and they keep telling me I have to wait for the class to be available. Now that's understandable, but I've been waiting a year and a half, and I'm starting to think they're never gonna let me take this class. I even paid to become a patient.... Oh but they did offer a screening to see if I need to be put on any medications.... because that is what I came in there for right?... read more
some of the rudest staff i’ve ever dealt with in my life (the front desk girls ) they talk down to you and treat you like you’re stupid. i can’t wait to be done with this place.
