I agree with Jay. I took an Ariens Zoomer in for a head job. The ticket writer wanted me to sign a blank work order. When I was unloading the mower at home I noticed the old oil filter was still on it. They had charged me for an oil and filter change. They had also charged for an air filter. The old one was fairly new. When I checked the air filter there was none. Went back for a refund on parts not installed and get old parts. In with the old parts was a 20 inch hose. Run away from the service Dept., they will take you for everything you got and then more.....DO NOT Take anything there for Servicing!!!! Period! Gave a 1 star rating cause I was forced to, or I would have rated it a -5.
