Best crossfit gym ever. If you're new to crossfit, looking for a new home, or even had negative experiences with crossfit before (like I did in the past), look no further. Everyone from the coaches to the members are amazing people that Actually care about your overall well being.

Dropped in when I was in town. Great staff, took the time to chat and see where I was before going into the workout. Gave great coaching tips during the class. Super clean and moderately large facility. I will definitely be back when I'm in town again and recommend this box to anyone.

Have always been curious to try crossfit but a busy work schedule and fear of injury has always kept me away. With our current pandemic keeping me at home for extended periods of time, thought I would give it a chance and see if it was right for me.
