Maintenance guy is crabby and rude all the time, whoever is in charge decides to lock the tennis court all summer , and then decides once summer is over that it’s time to fix the tennis court just in time for winter! What?? Would have been nice to have tennis court for summer. Why now? Glad they’re fixing it though because that thing was in terrible condition. I’ve lived here for a while and want to share my honest experience. While the community has potential, I’ve found the association’s rule enforcement to be very inconsistent and often feels targeted toward certain people and me personally. It creates a stressful and unfair living environment. I am literally quiet, keep to myself, and never cause problems but it seems like they always have an issue with me. There are also some residents who are extremely nitpicky—constantly taping typed-up notes on walls, in the hallways, etc ... read more
