I’ve lived here for a while and want to share my honest experience. While the community has potential, I’ve found the association’s rule enforcement to be very inconsistent and often feels targeted toward certain people and me personally. It creates a stressful and unfair living environment. I am literally quiet, keep to myself, and never cause problems but it seems like they always have an issue with me. There are also some residents who are extremely nitpicky—constantly taping typed-up notes on walls, in the hallways, etc ... read more
Great location, but the racquetball court and gym have been out of service for over 6 months with no repairs. Management is aware but does nothing. Disappointing if you care about amenities. They also don’t seem to care about the pool heater being broken. It’s like all these things continue to break and nobody does anything. If it wasn’t for that, this place would be amazing. They have a lot of amenities but they just don’t work.
Great place with wonderful amenities! My only complaint is they need a lot of updates. dated.
