I have a great friend who has lived there for many years. It is always good to get to visit and to hang out. The balcony is perfect to just relax and enjoy the wooded scenery while not being far from the city. The pools are great, both indoor and outdoor, although I do think there should be an ADA lift put in at least for the indoor pools since there are sure to be residents who aren't able to use the stairs easily to get in or out of the pool.
I only been there to visit a friend that's live there quite some time and he loves it there I've never heard I've seen any absurdy issues there it's quiet for the most part best of all there's no section 8 people living there there's no absurdly loud disrespectful people there only hard working people that live life in a mature lifestyle
