Just got my keys and welcome package today. I was given a flyer for internet. I texted Rashad Vick with Optimum at 9pm, he responded IMMEDIATELY and got me signed up with a very easy process! Looks like I picked a great place! Great customer service at the apartments and the service providers they use!
Just wanted to share the moving experience. Jeff, Kiera, and Justin were all professional in answering all our questions efficiently and friendly. For the Internet, I would reach out to Rashad Vick for Optimum. He was able to get us quick for same day install and give us extra incentives like waived installation fee and gift cards. Everyone here was professional and friendly which makes living here a bonus. Will do a 6 months update.
3am and can hear upstairs neighbors with every creaky footstep. 7:10am leaf blowers and lawn mowers.
