Right now we are not so happy living here. The pool is green since days and stinks. That’s the second time in 3 weeks. E- mails and phone calls won’t be answered a lot. Excuses changed from the lady working in the office about the pool situation ( I think her name is Mrs Silvia ). Lately she said the residents messed it up on the 4th of July so much. It was a great and easy apartment hunting experience. Jeff was very forward and engaging on showing me apartments and explain the payments. The only downside I would say was when I showed up to get my keys my keys were not checked beforehand and I had to wait for new keys to be made.
Response: I reached out via email 3–4 months ago after several cars were broken into, expressing concerns about the unchanged gate codes and non-functioning security lights. Unfortunately, I never received a response. To this day, some of the gate codes remain the same, and several security lights are still not working. If management was truly concerned about resident feedback—as suggested in their response to my recent review—I would have expected a reply to my earlier email. If you’re looking for a secure apartment complex, this might not be the place for you. The gate and building access codes haven’t been changed in ages—pretty sure half the city knows them by now. Former tenants, food delivery drivers, random guests… everyone seems to have free entry. The pool situation? It’s basically a public resort. Every weekend, it’s full of people who clearly don’t live here. It’s crowded, loud, and makes it hard for actual residents to enjoy the amenity we’re all paying for.
