Poor craftsmanship, I bought my ring to be set lower and they did that but left the prongs all different shapes, I wanted the prongs to be the way I brought them in, the standard round shape. I brought it back asking it to be fixed- it was my parents engagement ring that was very sentimental to me and they pretended they couldn't see the problem and wouldn't fix the issue. They quoted me $30.00 to repair a clasp on a bracelet. Also had my wife’s bracelet cleaned, but did not get a quote. When we picked it up, it was $75.00. Did a good job job, but make sure you get a quote in writing. I won’t be going back.
I went here with a ring that needed repair, they scheduled me to return within 3 working hours. The person doing the repair was right on time and executed the repair without issue. Nothing funny, just great business. Nice showroom too. Thank you.
