I had been pool supervisor at Fountains at McLean in 2019. For High Sierra. Brenda and Rebecca are the most reasonable, cooperative and reliable managers I had in the area! I had 13 pools and whenever some issue came up we all worked as a team, communicated really well and made the pool running in the shortest possible time. They made me love this job even more and I will be forever grateful to have a chance meeting these two beautiful ladies! P.S. We had rouuuugh time with those old pumps in the pump room. The location is nice. However there is incompetent, irresponsible and ignorant condo management, High condo fee and unbelievable noise issues..
STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! MOLD IN WALLS, MAJOR MULTI UNIT FLOODING AND PLUMBIMG ISSUES CONTINUOUS FOR YEARS. Major plumbing issues throughout the complex. Many untils have been flooding in the walls for years over and over and the condo association wont fully fix. Now there's mold in the walls of the units. Pipes bursted in the upstairs unit for the fifth time, the mold is so bad the plumber says we have to leave bc it's unsafe, the condo association refused to pay for previous floor flooding damage, and now is refusing to pay f... read more
The grounds are maintains great. Always spraying for bugs. The pet stations are always cleaned multiple times a day and fully stocked. The gym has been getting newer equipment slowly. We got brand new roof and windows last year and it was very easily explained what days there would be projects and when it would stop. Things are improving greatly since I loved in.
I will echo what many in the comments have said: Management is absolutely awful. I'm not sure who employed these women, but it is clear they hate their jobs and interacting with people in general. Have a question or concern? Think twice. They will make sure to speak to you in the nastiest tone possible. Sure, you can live here, but expect verbal abuse from an ornery staff.
