Very excited to first move in here, they work with you and are reasonable if you need a second chance, or first time. BUT THE PLACE IS AS TRASH AS TRASH GETS. Good luck getting maintenance to do ANYTHING in even a reasonable manor. Ac went out during 90 degree weather ( while 9 months pregnant, mind you) had to call THE NEWS STATION on them to even get them to bring me a window unit until my ac was fixed.
