Unbelievable service. We had a problem with our pump and Adam sent a video on how to clean the pump which worked. We had a broken impeller also but the replacements were back ordered so they sent a new pump

I first purchased a solar aerator set up from them about a year ago. Their customer service is second to none. When you call you speak to one of two awesome and knowledgeable people, and they will have an answer for you. I can’t say enough good things about them!

If you are looking for great service and courtesy this is the place. Our fountain has had a 60 foot pine tree submerge it after hurricane Sally, and it was hit by lightning which blew out our light ring. Adam and Patricia figured out a way to update the float and the light ring without giving up on our immortal fountain. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Thank you Adam and Patricia

Extremely impressed with their larger color changing lights. Had a question about the remote, and actually had someone answer the phone. Highly recommend
