People very nice. The Service was Excellent . It was raining during service outside They told us we would have a tent by the burial site, Which never happened... It was around the corner from the site and had to walk in the rain .... Apparently there were some umbrellas but not enough for everyone pouring rain and we all got soaked.
People very nice. Never discussed when they got the body to embalm or not "in person. Just over the phone and never explained what that ment and how much more it would cost$$$$. They embalmed my mother. Which we would not have done if we knew what it ment... Also raining during service outside They told us we would have a tent by the burial site, Which never happened... It was around the corner from the site and had to walk in the rain .... No umbrellas pouring rain and we all got soaked.
Highly recommended for both personal service and knowledge. We lost my father unexpectedly and appreciated their utmost care they showed my whole family.
