Very professional and organized. We had a very good experience. Not knowing how the prearranged process worked, they made it very simple.
The first guy 1.5 years ago did not explain that the payments monthly included additional money that came up to 3000 dollars. You could not pay it off early. The next guy, Andrew was wonderful, he took time to explain everything. We canceled our first one and paid in full. Feel good that all is done.
I was sold something I did not request. I wanted a cremation, however, their representative sold me a property package instead. I suppose he wanted the commission. I’m waiting to see if they’ll put the money I’ve already paid toward the cremation. I certainly don’t want to waste my money. I’ll be back to update.
