This is the worst experience my family had to deal with while the list of a love one. This company advertised as 100 percent customer satisfaction and we were totally disappointed with the appearance of our love one. And to top that off the casket was damaged, the Funeral Director that did the service was very lack luster. After complaining about the experience the manager was full of crap . We will never use this service ever and I advise anyone else not to use this service. They did not get it right

It started with the pickup of my mother's body when she passed. I won't give you the details, but in short, her nurse and caregiver were traumatized by having to HELP, and by what they saw in the van they had to help load her into. I was mortified and traumatized by the whole situation myself. When I addressed it with the Funeral Director, there was no apology, no remorse, no expression, no nothing--it was not unheard of - almost "standard procedure" as they contract the pickup out to someone else. People very nice. The Service was Excellent . It was raining during service outside They told us we would have a tent by the burial site, Which never happened... It was around the corner from the site and had to walk in the rain .... Apparently there were some umbrellas but not enough for everyone pouring rain and we all got soaked.
