Bait/Switch: fountain works did work on my fountain once before at a reasonable price and did on first visit along with evaluation. This time you must pay for evaluation before they come even when you send pictures. Was $139 for evaluation. I asked if they would do work same day, only pick up fountain and mount/ repair change hose to pump. They said ok we will modify the quote.
