Very disappointed with how a serious safety hazard was handled. I submitted a maintenance request after finding shattered glass scattered all over the entry walkway to the apartment complex. This is an area where residents, children, and pets regularly walk, and broken glass could very easily cause a serious injury. I was told that this is not considered an emergency. THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I want to warn anyone considering renting at these apartments: do your research carefully before signing a lease. During the time I lived here, I experienced problems with mold and moisture inside the apartment. Jen made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. She walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and was always kind and helpful. Everyone in the community has been so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, with a wonderful sense of community that truly makes you feel at home.
