Great place to live. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a cute park down the street. Street parking as well as guest parking spots available, and new management is awesome
Came to check current prices on 1 or 2 bedroom apts. When I knocked on the office door, no greeting, only a stare down on "What do you want?" Two older blondes and no courtesy at all. When I asked about prices, the younger one approached in a more than harsher voice, I Only have 2 bedrooms available at $$$$. Ok, so I asked, "When you have 1 bedrooms, what is the price?
