I don't know if they are short staffed or what but they are very slow to respond when a patient/resident presses a button for attention. 30-45 minutes is quite excessive.
My mother has been in this faculty for more than 16 years. We have caught the staff lying to us. There are times you can't even get the staff to respond to us. We have caught them not even following the same guidelines they sat down.

Fountain View Village is a beautiful community with active and wonderful residents. The team of professionals that care for them are the best!
