HOA HOA HOA! Been paying a 100+ bucks for more than a year now but still got nothing. No Amenity center Pool, clubhouse or even a gate! Feels Like, hey! welcome to fountain view community open to everyone 24/7.🤷♀️ Give us a lil consideration and just put up a working gate for our safety. We understand that "there's an ongoing construction". But if that's the case, then we only have to use the gate after construction hours. Very disappointed. Oh BTW welcome to our "wilderness/desert amenity club" (see photos)
Jose Frias,Taylor and Taner, Christine and their team helped us from start to closing,even after moving in, was always there to help out, we love the space and location of this community. Update, After more than 1 year of living here,amenities is still non existent despite paying HOA due and sudden increase in the fee despite being here less than a year without proper notice, gates still not functioning. Filthy spec homes...live worms on the floors...very much a starter home community.
Bad service of buying home here. For everything we need ask the HOA. For example,if we need to put something in front of house need to talk them first. Some people will come to watch houses and then go, they are not buying it. When we came here first to buy houses “that man,” said another thing, and when we started living here HOA said another thing. They were not sure what they were saying. They were waiting for money from us to continue building another house.
