Review Update: In my previous review, I mentioned that our amenity center, including the clubhouse and pool, hadn’t been started yet. I’m happy to share an update: construction has now begun, and we’re all excited to see it finished. HOA HOA HOA! Been paying a 100+ bucks for more than a year now but still got nothing. Have Owned a home here for a year now in November and they still haven’t started the club house.
I am very happy with this community, the location, the homes, and the entire DR Horton team. Bad service of buying home here. When we came here first to buy houses “that man,” said another thing, and when we started living here HOA said another thing. They were not sure what they were saying. They were waiting for money from us to continue building another house. For everything we need, ask the HOA. For example, if we need to put something in front of the house, we need to talk to them first. Some people will come to watch houses and then go; they are not buying it.
