Buyer beware. The amenities advertised for this community are extremely misleading. The lagoon style resort pool that is plastered all over the marketing materials and signage is not what is actually being built. The pool under construction is much smaller and nothing like the resort style lagoon pool that buyers are led to expect. For a community planned to have around 700 homes, the amenity area and pool are shockingly small. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE WITH DR HORTON AT FOUNTAIN VIEW. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION, TRANSPARENCY, AND BASIC RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY BOUGHT HOMES HERE. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOU ARE COMPLETELY ON YOUR OWN. WE WERE PROMISED AN AMENITY CENTER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BUILT BY NOW. THAT WAS ONE OF THE MAIN SELLING POINTS WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR HOME. Review Update: In my previous review, I mentioned that our amenity center, including the clubhouse and pool, hadn’t been started yet. I’m happy to share an update: construction has now begun, and we’re all excited to see it finished. HOA HOA HOA! Been paying a 100+ bucks for more than a year now but still got nothing. No Amenity center Pool, clubhouse or even a gate!
