Always under staffed. No common sense used in situations, poor training. Administrator, director and upper management unresponsive to issues, do not return calls, texts or emails. Price very reasonable if there was actually any care given.
Our mother was in the Alzheimer’s wing of fountain view. I cannot say good enough about the staff there! They are wonderful with their residence and treat them as they were their family. Sadly, my mom has passed away, but I know, and her last days she was loved and taken care of. Us as a family visited daily and they became part of our family too.
