While everyone has a personal opinion, which is fine, Fountain Vet has provided excellent care for our four-legged friends for 20+ years. Both Dr Todd and Dr Dave are compassionate and caring and dedicated to providing the best of medical care for animals. I cannot speak highly enough for their hospital. I especially appreciate the care Dr Todd gave my best friend for 13 years!
I have always taken my animals to Fountain! I won't ever take them anywhere else. All of the Vets are outstanding and provide the best care. I had to have my 15-year-old dog put down a couple of years ago and Dr. Todd got down on the floor with her and loved on her while she went to sleep before he administered the shot to send her over the rainbow bridge. They are great!
Prepare to be nickel and dimed, just like human healthcare. I took my dog in for an allergic reaction and they prescribed anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medications. They had to "sedate" my puppy to "shave" the inflamed area. They proceeded to charge me $54 JUST TO SHAVE A SPOT ON HIS NECK (the total bill was near $300). When I checked out, the place was packed and I had two people waiting behind me, and I didn't want to hold them up - but I did mention I did not agree with the $54 shave fee, and the lady told me "because ... read more
Doctor Todd and as well as the rest of the staff at Fountain Vet are some of the most helpful and compassionate people in the business. Our family dog sustained a serious and traumatic injury and they have gone way above and beyond in their support for us and our pet as we work through the rehabilitation process. They are knowledgeable, caring, and very supportive.
My family and I have been taking our animals to Fountain Vet for decades, since Dr. Perry Sr was still practicing. All of the vets are competent and caring and their fees are reasonable. Has a family feel to the clinic. One of the office/receptionist ladies can be snotty sometimes but she doesn't do any work with the animals so I just let it go. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great Place! I have to respond to Kathy H.'s assertion that fans of Fountain vet are uneducated or lower class. I am not rabid, I am highly educated, and I do love Fountain Vet. Kim is a great vet. She treats our pets with kindness, and does quality work. The office as a whole is very understanding of the push-pull of love for your pets, vs. cost-consciousness. Smells like dog but the staff is super nice. Good care and they always try to fit you in if needed.
