I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Christy Z at this clinic. As a non-native English speaker, I was struggling to communicate over the phone and felt quite overwhelmed after experiencing some cold treatment elsewhere earlier today.However, Christy completely turned my day around. She was incredibly patient and thoughtfully asked if I would prefer communicating via text or email so I could use translation tools. Super uncomfortable beds, hot room, tech seemed sketchy as she kept telling me i will get to try masks on ”only if i meet criteria”. Well after a horrible uncomfortable night, I did not meet criteria. Weird! I don’t feel confident in her placement of sensors or interpretation…. What a waste, especially when I’ve been met criteria before!! Not to mention I left with all that adhesive all over my hair and body! Select a different clinic!
