This office has been so helpful from the doctor to the office staff ! They helped me get my KAFo approved through insurance.Process was easy! Recommend this clinic to anyone needing a device ! This doctor even went to visit me in the hospital to fit me for a device!
Went in for my appointment and gave insurance info, the usual stuff. Was helped and fitted for ankle and foot splints. I asked what was the next step and was told that they would submit info to my insurance. My insurance sent me a letter telling me I was approved. I never heard back from these people so I called them after 30 or more days. They told me that they tried calling me many times but they weren’t able to reach me.
