My Doctor has taken great care of me and staff is great. But over the past few months I can NEVER get through to the office itself. Today I started calling at 3:30. The website says they are open until 5pm. I called back time after time and pushed EVERY option from 1 to 0 and EVERY MAILBOX WAS FULL. I finally had to go to the FCPP site and called as if I was trying to find a doctor. They transferred me over to the answering service because the office closes at 4pm. It's MONDAY.
