Park is owned by Cort and Scott who own over 200 properties, and don't care about any of them. They buy them, cut the services and raise the rent the maximum every year. Current manager doesn't enforce any of the rules and regs., Not to mention the lease! Park is steadily declining. Over populated with renters (roomies) who are helping pay the overpriced space rent, currently around 2,200$ for people that can't afford their lease and mortages! Houses surrounded in weeds.
