My daughter who is a student at the university of Iowa had a roadside emergency outside of Iowa City this last weekend. It was apparent that she was having transmission problems. I called Fountain for help and the person answering the phone could not have been more rude.If my conversation with Fountain was indicative of their service, I wouldn't want any part of doing business with them.
