The worker was incredibly helpful and kind! We accidentally went to the wrong Fountain Tire location, but she took the time to help us, explain where we needed to go, and made sure we were headed in the right direction. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. We really appreciated her excellent customer service. Thank you, Brooklyn!
I would never take my vehicle to a Fountain Tire, very horrible experience. FTP, the operating corporation is not any better.
