Had our fountain tire store order tires for us and said we were good to go ahead and pick them up from them as we were in an emergency and needed the tires asap. I even called and confirmed with the department that yes we could come pick them up as long as we got there before close. When our friend got there at 4:25 to pick them up the receptionist was extremely rude claiming "we dont have tires here."
