I was having issues with my tires thinking it was a balancing issue but to my surprise it was alot more. They communicated with me every step.I had to buy new tires in the end. I have some other suspension issues but they did not pressure me into a sale. highly recommend them will be going back for all my tire needs. Was recommended by my mechanic and I would agree very professional
Do not want to discuss my dealings with them this morning which were disappointing but if you are looking for the best service ( I have been their customer 10 years + maybe more…Fountain Tire is not for you.

I have Lived in Nanaimo for 28 odd years. I have ONLY EVER GONE TO 'FOUNTAIN TIRE' NANAIMO. Phil and David & Mike....as well as the entire team...run a 'classy', completly proffesional Garage. I have never been left on the side of the road; their repairs & upgrades are ALWAYS DONE PERFECTLY! 28 YEARS.....AND I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
