We've had nails in tires a few times over the years, and even though Fountain Tire is an extra 15 mins away from us (compared to other tire repair places), we always bring our cars here because we trust them and they take great care of us. Every time.
Kind staff and good prices
Overall good experience, came here to get a wheel alignment done on my car. Service manager was flexible booking me in and the technician did a great job. I can tell by the results he took his time to get it bang on. Car drives better than ever. Not sure why there seems to be a lot of recent poor reviews for this place. I would definitely come back for future needs.
Shockingly Poor Service & Misinformation at Fountain Tire I pre-scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance, to have four customer-supplied Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ All Season 2 tires (size 235/50R18, DOT 0221) mounted and balanced onto my 2009 Chevy Malibu LT, replacing smaller, budget tires. This upgrade was planned to improve safety for BC weather, and the tires are only 4 years and 9 months old—well within the replacement safety window.
