Huge thank you to Jake and the entire team at Fountain Tire! They were able to fit us in on short notice for a repair and vehicle maintenance, which was incredibly appreciated. Jake and his team were welcoming, professional, and took the time to ensure our vehicle was safe and ready for highway travel. The customer service and care they provide consistently go above and beyond. We’ll definitely continue bringing our vehicles here, always a great experience!
I picked up a nail in my tire at the end of the day. When my husband called, Jake said that he would wait for me to get there. They fixed it same day without an appointment. Another time we hit a pothole on the way home. He tried to fix it but it was too far gone. Replacement rim was very reasonable. He also fixed a small dent in one of the other rims for no extra charge. Extremely professional, staff is amazing.
What a wonderful experience!! Dropped off my Nissan Kicks winter tires at Fountain Tire for storage this morning. Felt very welcome and appreciated here. All my car care business will now be at this location. Thank you to all that I spoke with this morning, you made my day!!
