I needed to purchase my own part, aluminum oil filter housing" due to the oem part from Mopar being plastic and defective. This shop refused to install the part because they did not supply and profit, (upcharge to the customer), from the part. That was this morning. My vehicle has now been repaired by VIP Auto Teck and is in my garage by dinner time. That is how you lose a customer.
My winter tires weren’t holding air, so my dad suggested I call Fountain Tire. I’m so glad I did - they were able to fix my tires (for an incredibly reasonable price!) within a few days of dropping them off during one of their busiest times of the year! Thank you so much to Tim and the rest of the Fountain Tire team!
Fast and easy
Professional shop. Have been here twice, once for tires, once for a mechanical issue. Great customer service, thorough diagnosis and found my issue, explained how much each step cost in labour and gave me total. What more can you ask for. Also have a well lit parking lot and a monitored key drop. Thanks
