Went in for an oil change... they didn't give an option just did synthetic then required an oil change in 5000km.... synthetic is 10,000km massive rip off!! Next where the sticker says oil change due X km or (date) 6 months from oil change they put in the date of service not the date 6 months from service... amateur move. They didn't reset the oil change indicator alarm and it went off 2000km after change... they also refused to admit they might have forgotten and said it must need a service and im wrong.... terrible custome... read more
Tried to buy a $2000 set of tires, they refused to sell me tires without installing them. I live up north and didn't bring the rims with me, just wanted to buy tires, they refused. Stay away.
Came here after I got towed for a flat while travelling for a trip. Darrin and the team were really great as they had the tire size and quantity I needed to change out my flat. They were very accommodating when I had to push my arrival time as I had to wait for 3 tow trucks (the others left due to an accident or RCMP call). They were really patient and I was really grateful that they were able to get it done before close. Thanks guys.
