Price was great! However, communication with store was poor. Was given a number to text/call to arrange shuttle service back. No responses to my texts, and my first attempt at a call led to my being hung up on. Would really recommend training/problem solving on this issue to avoid customer frustration in future.

We'd used Fountain Tire when living in Calgary and in bit of a life storm we met Fountain Tire Staff here at St. Paul and they saved the day for us. I felt literally rescued by Harlem and Mike and while waiting for the repairs to be done I saw a guy bring cookies in for staff. Staff a gal then shared cookies with clients too, then a staffer updating another client that he provided a new container for items loose in his vehicle so he'd know what it was.
