Called about a flat tire and was on hold for 15 minutes. Then I called again and asked for a service truck to fix the flat. Was told I would be called back with an estimated time of arrival. Its been 3 days and no one showed and no call. WORST SERVICE EVER!

I purchased 4 tires for my RAM truck. Jeffrey originally said the tires I want are out of stock, but he quickly found 4 tires in Edmonton ('He knows a guy'). Took my truck the next day and had Fountain Tire in Beaumont install the new tires. When I went to pick up my truck, there were some issues I noted.
