My family has been using Riverbend Fountain Tire for car related repairs for years. Both for tires and maintenance. The staff at the store have always been amazing to us. Excellent service!!! Everyone was very efficient and honest. I highly recommend the Riverbend location!!
Super disappointed. I took my vehicle in because of a vibration in the steering wheel after putting my summer tires back on. I figured it needed a wheel balance. They took it in, told me I need a wheel balance and a power steering hose replaced. I paid almost $800 for the service. When I got it back, the vibration was as bad as it ever was and now the power steering pump makes more noise than it ever did. I took the car to our regular mechanic a couple weeks later. They re-balanced the wheels and it drives perfectly now.
