I wish i can go below 1 star i would -10 I had a bad squeak on the back of my jeep so I taken the jeep over there. And they said i need new part on my jeep I just had it done 8 months before that. and it was going to cost me about $3000.00. i was not happy about now I see how all these fountain tire rip off peoples. My opinion they train there works on how to rip off clients. I taken my jeep to a different shop and it was just a bolt that was loose. and about $45.00 .
They do free tire pressure check and the staff is very helpful.
These guys used to be pretty good. But seems like ever since 2024 they go out of their way to price gouge you. You take the car to get fixed and start during the winter. They fix everything but the damn problem and the car dies again a week later.
Disgusting customer service with this Fountain Tire location, I purchased a set of tires from Fountain Tire and it came with lifetime rotations/flat fixes. I called this location to book an appointment , the guy who answered the phone must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed as it seemed he didn’t wanna be at work!
