Grease. Typically with a tire shop you could simply say, "dont go here unless if you're in a pinch". But unfortunately that's not the case at all here; I would recommend to avoid this shop all together unless if you're the kind of customer that has a desire to be taken advantage of. What should have been a simple flat/patch repair had been spun into a "need" to replace all 4 tires by the service advisor. These folks have been awesome helping me and my employees with our vehicles.
Jon helped me out. I went in for a tire repair consult for a nail that punctured the shoulder of my tire. It was just on the cusp of the sidewall so they said they couldn't do it, but they offered to swap the tire for a used one with similar wear at a reasonable price. All in all quick inspection, conversation, and work done in less than an hour very happy with the service.
