Once again (2nd time in a year), excellent, professional and friendly service. I had a screw in my tire which required patching, sooner than later. The service specialist was able to arrange for the tire repair right away. The technicians perform the tire/service repairs with expertise and treat you like a valued client. I took my 2008 Lincolin Navigator in for new tires today. I was treated fairly and professionally by the staff here. The work was done within the time frame I was quoted. And at the price agreed to. I took Uptown Brown on the QE2 and once again ride was smooth as silk. Thank you guys
Sat outside of the bay for 10 minutes waiting for a retorque before I decided to just leave. Bunch of text came to the window and stared at me but nobody came out to torque my tires. Reply: this was a drop in for a retorque, not an appointment therefore you would not have contact information. Was instructed to pull in front of bay one and just ended up sitting there half blocking traffic in the parking lot due to poorly designed bay entrances and exits.
