I’ve now had two experiences where I came to Fountain Tire needing an emergency repair, only to be turned away both times. I understand that appointments come first, but if you’re hoping for help as a walk-in, don’t expect much support. Plan ahead or look elsewhere if you’re in a pinch
This place sucks don’t come here. They’re no help & they’re lazy workers who can’t even get simple jobs done for people in need they made me believe they can help me but denied me after I arrived and I waited all weekend just to get let down. Drove my vehicle home that had a flat with my children in it. So yeah “good job!” Smh can’t believe this, wow.
After spending a few days at Fantasyland at WEM, upon departure we realized our catalytic converter had been stolen. My husband, 7 year old, 5 month old and I were left completely stranded in Edmonton with no way to get back to Calgary. We called several shops, all said they would need a least a day to order parts and complete repairs, implying we would need to spend another night in Edmonton as the time was already 1:30 in the afternoon.
