Just as she was about to leave Edmonton for a 5 hour road trip, my fiance discovered her brake backplate grinding into her wheel. She was alone with no one to help. Luckily she was only a KM from this Fountain location, who agreed to get her in right away, and got her back on the road within the hour. Awesome service, even for an out-of-towner, they knew would likely not be a regular customer. Thanks guys!!!
Jordan was great and helpful
Jordan gave me his time to help me find tires for my truck after I found a gash the day before a big trip. He made sure I was going to get taken care of today one way or another. He also while busy made sure he took the time to open the door for a woman with a stroller. Pay him more money.
I have taken my vehicles and referred family and friends for years. Cory and his team have done solid work, spared me grief, and never left me feeling pressured with upselling or recommending things I don’t need. They have alerted me to things that could have caused huge headaches down the road; this integrity has brought me back even though I no longer live or work nearby. I highly recommend this Fountain Tire business.
This location is highly recommended. Called a few places and nobody could get the job done on time. Called these guys and the rest was history. Customer service was excellent. Guys are super chill and fun to bullshit with. Not your typical corporate robots. Do your business here. I will be back for another set of tires in the future
