Have been decent through my experiences here, however they dont go the extra mile. Brought a vehicle in for inspection with a flat tire and a missing Lug nut. Since they're a tire shop I assumed they would fix the tire, replace the lug nut and bill me for it. Never happened, you have to ask. Have had owners unnecessarily try to up sell me, to the point where I've just walked out the door. The rest of the staff, however, are great
Called early in the morning to book an appointment for new tires as mine weren't holding air. I was informed that they would have to order them but they would be there later today (well before my scheduled appointment.) When I showed up, the front staff were very nice, told me it would take about 30 minutes to change the tires. The service was amazing, they gave me a ride to my work and then picked me up when my car was ready. They got me in without an appointment and my Jeep was ready with new Winter tires in less than an hour. Price was great too. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward.
I pull in the bar head needing re-torque but since I’m at the tire shop, I asked for some spacers and spike lug nuts for my truck not only did they get them in the next day, but they stayed open a little late just to be able to put them on my truck so I didn’t have to miss work. Very friendly staff I quite enjoyed my conversation I had with the guy at the front desk while my truck was being worked on.
