I pull in the bar head needing re-torque but since I’m at the tire shop, I asked for some spacers and spike lug nuts for my truck not only did they get them in the next day, but they stayed open a little late just to be able to put them on my truck so I didn’t have to miss work. Very friendly staff I quite enjoyed my conversation I had with the guy at the front desk while my truck was being worked on.
Have been decent through my experiences here, however they dont go the extra mile. Brought a vehicle in for inspection with a flat tire and a missing Lug nut. Since they're a tire shop I assumed they would fix the tire, replace the lug nut and bill me for it. Never happened, you have to ask. Have had staff members unnecessarily try to up sell me, to the point where I've just walked out the door. Great service
I have been a F.T. customer for 8 years in 2 different provinces. I have never had a reason to complain until I moved to Barrhead. Fountain Tire has now made 2 mistakes. I had seasonal maintenance which includes a 49 point inspection. I received the report stating that all was good. A little over a month later I had to take my vehicle for recall work and a 66 point inspection was completed which was recorded and was simultaneously sent to me.
