I bought 4 back tires for my motorhome! The lady I talked to when ordering the tires was very professional courteous and friendly! Sorry I forgot her name! I showed up at my appointment. They installed the tires on time. I got a good deal on the complete package that I wish other Fountain Tire Dealers would match! I have dealt with this place in the past. I highly recommend this place to anyone for tire purchases or mechanic work! Thanks again and I will be back!
I had to get my lugs nuts checked after a service in Calgary. They were very nice and and was in and out in 5 minutes.
Have been decent through my experiences here, however they dont go the extra mile. Brought a vehicle in for inspection with a flat tire and a missing Lug nut. Since they're a tire shop I assumed they would fix the tire, replace the lug nut and bill me for it. Never happened, you have to ask. Have had owners unnecessarily try to up sell me, to the point where I've just walked out the door. The rest of the staff, however, are great
