A great place to shop for service and tires. Always helpful. Knowledgeable and super staff!
The first part of my experience was good. But now that i try to utilize the tire protection plan, they pull out the fine print and say no, they do not include tire repair from a nail. Even though they say "If your tires suffer damage from potholes, nails, glass, or other debris, our Road Hazard Protection Plan steps in to help." NOPE. Definitely not "on this road together"
Immediate availability for a flat tire check, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ended up needing a new tire and they were able to order and replace it the same day.
I had a flat tire the afternoon before I was to travel to Edmonton. I purchased my tires from Fountain Tire two years ago. I went to the shop and left the tire. In spite of them being fully booked they were able to look and the tire and repair it that day!!! They called to say I could come in at 7:30AM the next morning and have the tire put back on. I am so grateful for Fountain Tire helping me out. Definitely will buy my next set of tires here
