i bought four tires with a 100k warranty for them. 16k into the tire lifespan, a tire blows out, I bring it to them, they acknowledge that the tire is under warranty, but refuse to replace it unless I change all four at a cost equal to the original 4, citing liability of having one newer tire compared to the rest, therefore refusing to honor the warranty. Fountain Tire, West Kelowna, is a wonderful business. Passing through from Calgary, I had an issue with squealing front driver's side, and they fit me in and fixed the issue very quickly. I'm very grateful they were able to do this before my trip back home. Highly recommend them!
Went to Fountain Tire in Crowfoot for an out-of-province car inspection, for my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. They said I needed to change my transmission and quoted a cost of over $20k and they said my car failed the inspection. They suggested we either get a new transmission (pay around 20,000) with them, or try selling it in BC. We decided to get a second opinion and went to Napa AutoPro.
