The team here is absolutely incredible! Fast, easy, and extremely friendly service. Specifically I want to mention ROB LARSON for his excellent care, communication, and dedicated service to my friends and family for years!
1 Star I came here for a winter tire installation, but I’m very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and integrity. After the service was completed, I noticed that my original BMW OEM valve caps had been removed and replaced with cheap, ordinary plastic ones. It’s frustrating to have specific factory parts swapped out without a word. It feels DISHONEST, and because of this lack of care, I won’t be returning to this location.
Great customer service. They recently were recommended by the owner of a nearby business, and already they’ve helped me out twice with no notice - greatly appreciated.
Fantastic place!!! Fountain Tire Blackfoot! Time estimates and price were spot on!!! Fantastic customer service! Guys were super nice! Even suggested alternate things we could do for our problem. They are a little less busy so are able to accommodate your time frame!!! Highly recommend!!!
