Outstanding work , great customer service.
Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Shak (I’m not sure how to spell his name) went above and beyond to help me, making what could have been a daunting situation so much easier. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I really appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend!
Said they had my tires in stock for a change out. They did not have them until days end, when I dropped off at 10am, which I could not make it back by that time, the website said they had a free shuttle for me. They did not have a shuttle so I had to scramble and get a $23 uber on my own dollar back downtown. They called the next day at 11:30, telling me they were closing at noon, but it said 3:30 on google, so I had to quickly arrange a ride to get there in time, was almost late. These guys were an absolutely amazing team to deal with. I had arrived at their shop 1.5 hours before they were closing. I know im that guy. But I needed new tires bad as the next day I had to load my truck up pretty full and was worried about blowing a tire. Explained to them what I wanted. They didnt have the tires in stock, but what they did was sent a guy out immediately to get the set I specifically asked for. They had me out of there 15 minutes before they closed.
