I changed my oil and checked several things with Don yesterday. He was so professional! Also kindly explained to me about problems and resolutions. Also Jackey was nice staff whenever I changed date for appointment. Even if it is very far from my area, will visit again.
I’m not usually someone to leave a review but Bryce at fountain tire deserves a trophy for his professionalism and conduct. From the moment I called and the moment I left, Bryce helped me and I can’t begin to explain how kind he was. He made sure I understood everything that was going on and didn’t leave me out the loop or try to run circles around me.
