I've always taken my Mercedes (Ben-Z) to the dealership but decided to bring her to Fountain Tire Sunridge location. Joe Mutate at the front desk was amazing. Knowledgable and clear about the European standards needed for the vehicle. What's equally impressive was his customer first skills. I'd come earlier to talk about the tire pressure error on the dash and he left the desk & personally checked the tires / filled and reset the alarm. the mechanic is Unprofessional, simply as change oil, they mess up my engine, oil all over the place. if i did not check under the hood, i will never notice it, disapointed. cause more problem. and feel humiliated and felt like the way they talk to me like i was scamming them. stay away..
