I came for a full service oil change and had a great experience! The reception was friendly, they were reasonable in their recommendations and they were even able to get my car in a few minutes earlier than my appointment.
I got my tires changed at another location and brought it to this location for a re-torque. They didn’t put the hubcaps on correctly and I lost one miles away. After some difficult discussions and quite some time, they replaced the hubcap for me. I really appreciate that they fixed this. I understand that things happen. That said, I’m a little disappointed in how much work it took to get the replacement.
I always come here to get my car serviced. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for all your hard work everyone!
Was nice, but it took two hours for an oil change and wipers. Would I go back though? Yeah. They were able to get me in right away for an appointment, which I appreciate.
Can’t say enough good things about Fountain Tire. They went above and beyond for me. The management here is superb.
