Frienly and fast service, next available opening was 5 days after the day I called but Jackie the receptionist was really friendly and accommodating booked me for the next day When I came to change the tires all staff was friendly including the Bryce who is the manager at the store greeted us with friendly manner Thanks to Fountain Tire I will definitely be back to this store even though I am from out of town Friendlyguest
I take both the family vehicles to this Fountain Tire! Very professional and reasonably priced.
This is my second time purchasing and changing tires at this location. I must say Jackie is exceptionally calm, professional and her service is unmatched. I feel confident in her abilities. I also want to commend Bryce for his knowledge about a previously identified issue that has been resolved and the gentleman who takes care of the car. My interior was clean, and I received it back clean, which is exactly how I expected it to be. I highly recommend this location and now have family members going there.
I came for a full service oil change and had a great experience! The reception was friendly, they were reasonable in their recommendations and they were even able to get my car in a few minutes earlier than my appointment.
I got my tires changed at another location and brought it to this location for a re-torque. They didn’t put the hubcaps on correctly and I lost one miles away. After some difficult discussions and quite some time, they replaced the hubcap for me. I really appreciate that they fixed this. I understand that things happen. That said, I’m a little disappointed in how much work it took to get the replacement.
