Called one place for prices on summer tires, was treated so professionally there was no need to call any other tire stores, and immediately called back to purchase my tires there! Was on my way to Osoyoos and had a flat tire 9am at Abbotsford hotel. Limped to gas station to put in some air, then phoned Erinn at Abbotsford Fountain Tire. She said come on over and I would be put in the "flat fix" cue. I was checked in by friendly young man Zac, and I relaxed in the waiting room, greeted by the dog Daisy. She was an added comfort while I waited. The nail was found, flat fixed, and Erinn talked to the Courtenay Fountain Tire to confirm my free flat repair. What's up with having a off leash dog hanging around in business place. Especially who is aggressive and ran toward my 2 yr old..my kid was traumatized and was so shaken. This dog kept coming at him and the lady working there did nothing about it until decided to walk out and go to Kaltire. Seemed more of dog park than a tire shop. Go to Kaltire guys.. atleast the guys there know the urgency to look at your tire that is loosing air..the woman working behind the counter shouldn't be working there if she doesn't know the urgen... read more
