My experience isn't the typical 5 star experience. I brought my brand new 2026 vehicle to this Fountain Tire to get a set of winter tires swapped onto the original rims. During the process the finish on one of the rims was damaged pretty substantially, it looked like it got hit with a grinder that slipped when the weights were being cleaned up. It’s a rainy Monday afternoon and I’m on my way home from my first day at work. I somewhere somehow get a piece of metal stuck in my front tire. I didn’t k know until I am at Costco fuelling up. My tire sensor is saying low tire detected. I fuel and rip over to Fountain Tire off Sumas Way. I explained what’s going on. I got a screw in my tire which needed to be patched, and Fountain Tire delivered! I had no appointment, and they got me out of there in 30 minutes for only $41. Very friendly and respectful staff, don’t look anywhere other than Fountain Tire!
I was quoted $2,759.88 net (before tax) for a brake repair at Fountain Tire Abbotsford and was told my vehicle was unsafe to drive. Because the estimate was extremely high, I decided to seek a second opinion. At the time, my truck was full of groceries that needed to be delivered. Delivery work is something I do as an extra job, and I was concerned about completing my deliveries on time, especially in heavy rain.
