Nothing but good things about this location. Friendly, experienced and accommodating staff.
I had a really frustrating experience at this location. I dropped off my work truck for a simple oil change and to replace a flat rear driver-side tire. I was gone for five days, so there was more than enough time to get it done. When I came back, the truck still had the same flat tire and nothing had been done. This is actually the second time this has happened to me here, which is just unacceptable. Honestly, this place is a waste of time. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Had a broken valve stem and a low tread on the tires. the guys at fountain tire where straight forward no bs, got my car in same day and tires replaced. recommend this place over any tire shop for standard and high performance vehicles. been here both times for my tires on my Camaro ss and will always be my go to shop for tires and maintenance!
I’ve been going to Fountain Tire in Port Kells for years! I highly recommend their entire team to all my friends. Their quotes are fair, they’re honest (which is huge in this business) and their service is top notch! Make sure to stop by next time you need a set of tires or a service done on your vehicle!
