Used low quality aftermarket parts (previous parts from Toyota lasted 8 years, their parts lasted only 2 years). When asked about the quality of the parts, the person behind the desk spoke in a very condescending way to my wife, "well maybe you have been driving it differently." - ya my wife has been taking our 2015 Highlander out to the F1 track on weekends. Disappointing.
We bring our vehicle here for seasonal tire changes and the service has always been great. The staff are quick to respond, and it’s easy to reach someone on the phone if you have questions. Reliable and friendly service every time!
