Brought my punctured tire into the location earlier today after another shop had said it would need a full replacement. Not only was I given excellent customer service from Connor (who worked at the front desk but did the repair himself), the tire was also repaired very efficiently! I am leaving a happy customer! Will definitely return to this location! Thank you so much Connor!
I have never talked to a ruder person. Most tire shops offer free tire repairs, if you purchased tires from them. Fountain will only give you a new tire if the old one is too damaged, but not fix a tire??? I told them Kal tire does and the lady laughed at me. I said fine i will buy at Kal next time and she laughed more... so professional. Read the fine print, definitely not "on the road together"
