Had a stripped lugnut lock key and Connor went out of his way to personally help me. There is a reason northland fountain tire is my “go-to” shop!
I have used them for about 3 years on my wife’s Mercedes CL550. There has only ever been 1 issue and they took care of it. I believe that the reason it’s hard to get an appointment is because they do such a good job that their customer is large.
I’ve been going to Fountain Tire for the past couple of years and everytime I’ve received excellent service! I had a slow leak in my tire, they found it and fixed it up for me within a day. This week in a fluster I called at 7am and asked them to get my tire in because I found a nail and it had gone completely flat. They were more than happy to help, fixed my tire & had it back to me within a day and even offered to help me put the tire back on and replace the spare. Great team!
