12/10 Jason is absolutely fantastic to deal with, super helpful in getting our out of town customers the service they needed. I recommend them to anyone looking for repairs in and around Terrace!
Was passing through terrace when my car broke down, I’m a mechanic and normally fix everything myself but being on the road I was short on tools. The guys at fountain tyre did not hesitate to help me out and finish what I was unable to do to get me back on the road that day. The staff were super helpful and happy to help going above and beyond
Rude obnoxious would never go back again
Pretty disappointed in the work from this shop. I went in on Friday with a slow leak in my tire(I was camping so needed to get it fixed asap), I was super impressed and thankful that they got me in right away. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes they said they had dunked it and couldn’t find any leak, and that right before they were about to finish they found a small rock between the tire and rim.
