We needed new tires installed on our tent trailer while on route to Prince Rupert. Kal Tire had the tires, but their installers had all gone home by 5:20pm. We called Fountain Tire, and they said they could get it done. We got their at 5:45, after a delay at Kal. They were all really friendly and were happy to help us out. We drove out of there with two new installed tires, and a sense of real gratitude for their willingness to stay late to get us on our way. Thanks folks.

Never ever go to fountain tire and if you have get your stuff rechecked by a professional. Had parts fixed for one price then told two months later that the same part need to be fixed and for an even more expensive price even know they are doing the same work. They told me they were giving me a “loyal customer discount” by giving me $80 off but yet the price was still more than what I originally paid. Asked them to check the front of my car because I thought something was wrong with it but was told over and over and over aga... read more
