i bought four tires with a 100k warranty for them. 16k into the tire lifespan, a tire blows out, I bring it to them, they acknowledge that the tire is under warranty, but refuse to replace it unless I change all four at a cost equal to the original 4, citing liability of having one newer tire compared to the rest, therefore refusing to honor the warranty.
