I had a great experience at Fountain Tire in Surrey on 104 ave. Norm and the team were amazing. I had an emergency and I was just visiting from a different area , they got me in right away and solved the problem . I am super grateful for their help and impressed by the service I received .
amazing service. went to the burnaby fountain tire and a staff member told me that they had no time to look at the slow leak in the tire . drove to a surrey whalley shop and within minutes had the truck on the jack and repaired the tire … brilliant !! this is how you do customer service Burnaby !! Joseph should get a job as a pit crew for Nascar / formula 1 . in and out less than 20 minutes and thank for getting me to my meeting on time . highly recommend this location even if it’s a extra 30 minutes out of the way ! cheers ... read more
I took my car in for a pre sales inspection on behalf of the potential buyer, who the owner knew. I instructed the owner to lock the keys in the car once complete. I find out at the end of the day the owner gave my car to the potential buyer, who i don't know, before i could pick it up. Only after threats of reporting it stolen did i get my car back. The inspection report suggested 4 new tires, even though the tires on the car only had 1600kms on them. Be very careful who you have inspect your car.
I was able to make a next-day appointment (for a Saturday!) for a tire repair. I showed up 1/2 hr early and they fit me in right away and I was on my way in less than half an hour. I could see they were crazy busy so it was very much appreciated! I'll be back!
I find that when I go in this location I am always treated with courtesy and they try to get my vehicle out as soon as possible. I particularly like the manager. Also their prices are far more reasonable than the dealership. I am a loyal customer.
