I experienced a few issues with my tire purchase at Fountain Tire. I was initially told I would receive a $175 manufacturer rebate, but later learned it was $125. During installation, my wheel was damaged and not disclosed; it was later repaired. There was also confusion regarding a vehicle jack, which was later clarified. The owner followed up and provided a refund regarding my rebate. The issues were addressed after follow-up.

A big disappointment, save your money, sanity and time. Not the best service in Surrey, too bad Tom the Tireman is retired, they had the absolute best service ever. Fountain tire? Not so much, stuff goes missing and nobody takes accountability, staff are confused about rebates, etc. Never again, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had extremely great service, I saw smoke/steam while driving and I called them and asked if they can check my vehicle, I talked to the store manager Joe and he was very helpful and told me to come in as soon as I can, anyway Norm was the assistant manager in charge and he did and awesome job telling me what was wrong and the vehicle was fixed once they got the parts, I also was given a ride and picked up while my vehicle was serviced, thank you for the wonderful customer service that I received today.
