I find that when I go in this location I am always treated with courtesy and they try to get my vehicle out as soon as possible. I particularly like the manager. Also their prices are far more reasonable than the dealership. I am a loyal customer.

My experience was underwhelming. I came in for an inspection and they only confirmed what I mentioned was wrong but I was expecting a more thorough report. The online report that they sent doesn’t shows anything at all and when asked for a hard copy I was told it’s not available. Lastly, the bill amount was over by $30 from what I had been quoted so I had to correct the sales person to fix it.
