KEEP YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AWAY FROM HERE. I'm deeply disappointed and concerned by my recent experience at this particular Fountain Tire location. While I've always been a loyal customer and happy with the professional service at other Fountain Tire branches, this one was unfortunately very unstable and unprofessional. Do NOT patronize this place. I am from out-of-province and my car broke down near this location. The repairs included a new wheel bearing and a new tire rim. The "new" wheel bearing malfunctioned on the way back to Calgary. After taking my car into my mechanic, I found out that I had received a used tire rim and a used wheel bearing (It was covered in rust). So unfair & disappointing to have been taken advantage by this unscrupulous company.
Thank you for the quick and great service to the team at the new Fountain Tire location. They were able to squeeze me in for a fix on my front alignment as it was needed to drive safely. Truck now feels great and reasonable service, and super friendly.
Unfortunately, I had a punctured tire and needed a quick repair. Shawn was super helpful and managed to fit us in to repair the tire whilst we were in the waiting room. Super quick, efficient and friendly service ! Thank you!!!
