Interacting with Iain McCann and his team at Fountain Tire over the past two weeks has been such a great experience. I have been looking for a shop that can take on maintaining my Ram pickup, and the Fountain Tire people have given great advice on spare tire selection at no cost, and today they fixed a problem with the cabin air filter caused by another local shop and did not charge me for that 10 minute repair. The first time I came it was for a tire change, and I have since been back twice because the experience is just easy every time.
