Great staff
I’m really disappointed with my experience. The fees I was charged felt way too high, and when I tried to explain my situation and ask if there was any flexibility, I felt like I wasn’t treated with much understanding or respect. As a younger customer, I was hoping for more patience and kindness, but instead the interaction felt harsh and unfriendly. Customer service should be fair and respectful, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.
Service advisor called me an asshole cause i would not listen to his nonsense, I will never step foot in a Fountain Tire ever again
