Spent over 2000 dollars for repairs picked up car it still had same problem I took it in for. Then wanted more money to Finnish the job. The mechanic said it didn't make the noise for him

Notice that the call I received from you was at 10:36 am and that's when you cancelled. Also, you said you sent a message to 'the number you had on file'. They booked me for a tire change for 10:30 am and then they said it was at 10 am and cancelled my appointment. We had to take a day off for nothing, plus they didn't send me any notifications or reminders as I have gotten in previous years. It's not my first negative experience with this particular shop. I cannot speak for other Fountain Tire locations.

Malicious and criminal. My mechanic inspected my vehicle and told me I needed new tires. I took it to Londonderry Fountain Tire where they told me my rr control arm is bent. When I asked how this happened? why didnt my mechanic didn't notice this? Keith asked, did your mechanic have it connected to an alignment machine? It wasn't until we had it up on the machine and began using the lasers that we noticed the damage. My mechanic was inspecting, not aligning.
