Took over a month to own up to a faulty caliper or install, still not sure as they never said, Changed a cracked head and broke a fuel line formed to the fuel pump, wouldn't own up to that and charged for the fix. Seems like they take advantage of people that are not well versed in the service industry. Great shop, very knowledgeable!
I had originally started coming to this shop because my whole family had been going there for years and seemed to be having good luck with them. I took my vehicle in every 4-6 months to get a general assessment of safety and to keep on top of things to keep it running well. Things always came back fine with minor, normal vehicle maintenance. However, my husband noticed a crazy rust spot by my left, rear axel so he crawled under my vehicle to find that the entire frame was rusted badly. Like put your finger through the frame ... read more
I’ve taken my cars here for years. I’ve always been happy. When getting a catalytic converter replaced somewhere else, my wife was told her brakes needed urgent replacement. So I brought it in my Fountain Tire. I was surprised to get a call saying everything looks great. Huh??? Most shops would have just done the work and taken the money. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, I hope my experience helps.
